Animation: a line drawing of a house is labelled roof, wall, window and door, then the same house is built block by block as a Minecraft cottage.

Personal project, in progress

Photo to Minecraft building

Small vision models read one picture of a house; a deterministic Java engine builds it block by block. Runs on-device.

About

Sydney, Australia

I'm a software engineer in Sydney. In 2026 I finished a Bachelor of Advanced Computing (Honours) in Computational Data Science at the University of Sydney, with First Class Honours.

I like building complete systems: the data pipeline, the model, and the tool someone actually uses. Most of my recent work sits where 3D vision, machine learning and software engineering meet, from reassembling broken objects in point clouds to turning a single picture into a Minecraft building.

The easiest way to reach me is by email: swj107830307@gmail.com. I'm also on LinkedIn.
